​We understand that plans can change. Our general policy is:
Cancellations with 7+ days’ notice: Full refund or credit.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice: Partial refund or credit (at our discretion).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Children who are sent home during the club/camp for whatever reason (e.g. illness, behavioural issues) will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
