Welcome to Young Innovators Club! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or signing up for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

​Young Innovators Club offers creative, educational activities, events, and workshops for children, with the goal of inspiring the next generation of thinkers, makers, and innovators.​

2. Use of the Website

​You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

  • Use the website in a way that may disrupt, damage, or impair access

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website or content without permission

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official booking platform via our website.

  • Payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Prices are subject to change, but you will always be notified before booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

​We understand that plans can change. Our general policy is:

  • Cancellations with 7+ days’ notice: Full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice: Partial refund or credit (at our discretion).

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Children who are sent home during the camp for whatever reason (e.g. illness, behavioural issues) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Safety and Supervision

  • All our staff are appropriately vetted and trained.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency information.

  • Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.

  • We reserve the right to remove a child from an activity if their behaviour compromises safety or disrupts the session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and curriculum created by Young Innovators Club are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

​You must not reproduce or distribute any materials without our written permission.

​

7. Photography and Media Consent

​With your consent, we may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website or social media). You may opt out at any time by informing us in writing.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

​We take data protection seriously. Your data is collected and stored securely in line with GDPR and relevant UK regulations. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.​

9. Liability

​We aim to provide a safe and engaging environment for all participants. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during our sessions, except where caused by our negligence.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical or behavioural needs in advance.

  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
