Service Description

Join us this summer holidays in Bourne, Lincolnshire, for our popular Young Innovators Club, a hands-on coding and STEM holiday club designed to engage curious, capable young learners. We are running two weeks in Bourne, each week runs independently with its own unique projects and activities, so families can choose to book either week or both weeks. Children attending both weeks will experience completely different content, with new challenges, builds, and coding projects in each week. Across the club, children aged 7–13 will explore coding, robotics, engineering, and design through fun, practical activities. They’ll code games, build and test robots, program micro:bits, and work creatively alongside friends in a calm, supportive learning environment. This club is particularly well suited to children who enjoy academic challenges, problem-solving, and structured activities, and who are able to engage positively Bourne Dates: Week 1: Monday 27th – Friday 31st July Week 2: Monday 17th – Friday 21st August Session times: Main day: 10:00am – 4:00pm Early drop-off: from 9:30am (additional £2.50) Late pick-up: until 4:30pm (additional £2.5) FAQs & Important Information Food & drink - Please provide a nut-free packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle for your child. We do not supply food unless your child is attending as part of the HAF programme. Clothing - Children should wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear, as we aim to go outside during break times. Some sessions may involve painting or creative making, so please send children in clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. Finding us - Look out for our Young Innovators Club banner on the railings outside the front of the Bourne Westfield Primary Academy. Collection times- If collecting at 4:00pm, you’re welcome to arrive from 3:45pm to see the children’s projects. If using late pick-up, please note we must leave the building promptly at 4.30pm. Behaviour expectations - Please ensure you are familiar with our behaviour and cancellation policies before booking. Our behaviour policy is in place to ensure all children feel safe and are able to enjoy the sessions. Any behaviour that significantly disrupts learning or impacts other children may result in a child being asked to leave.
